摘要
分析了转炉炼钢的生产现状,找出了造成铁水Si含量波动大的原因。对炼钢工艺进行优化,从铁水取样方式、铁水温度和成分的准确、废钢和石灰加入量的工艺确认等方面进行改进,根据铁水含Si量及温度变化来调整工艺制度,真正达到了转炉依"Si"炼钢,提高了转炉终点命中率,降低了各种原材料消耗。
The current production situation at converter steel-making was analyzed and the reason for the big fluctuation of silicon content in hot metal was found. Then the steel-making process was optimized:improvement was made in hot metal sampling method, correct hot metal temperature and composition, scarp and lime addition confirmation and process system adjustment according to silicon content in hot metal and temperature variation. Thus, the steel was made based on silicon, which increased converter aim hit rate and lowered the consumption of raw materials.
