Based on AHP and fuzzy theory＇s application on C3I system effective evaluation,the useless data used in the membership transformation is conquered by improved the membership transformation in the Fuzzy theory.At the same time,the evaluation of C3I system can help commander and scientific researcher to know the yacht＇s combat efficiency.
