摘要
简述了聚合物基导热复合材料的导热机理,总结了常用的导热模型及最新的模型研究进展,综述了影响聚合物基导热复合材料导热效果的因素,并展望了今后导热复合材料的研究方向。
Thermal conducting mechanism of polymer-based composite is introduced, summarizes the factors that influence the thermal effect is summarized,and the future research direction of thermal conduc tive composite materials is predicted.
