混合式限流断路器中快速隔离组件的设计与仿真

摘要 混合式限流断路器具有机械开关良好的静态特性和固态开关无弧快速分断的动态特性,是国际上新型断路器的发展方向。本文设计了一种基于电力电子器件的双向快速隔离组件拓扑结构,在EMTP中建立了快速隔离组件的仿真模型,通过脉冲电容器电源系统的短路分断试验验证了仿真模型的正确性。 The hybrid circuit breaker which has both the static characteristics of mechanical switch and dynamic characteristics of solid-state switch is a new concept in international novel circuit breaker research. This paper designs a bi-direction fast isolation module based on power electronic elements. The simulation model of the fast isolation module is established in EMTP program. The breaking test with the source of capacitor verifies that the simulation model is correct.
