矿物纤维替代面层部分木纤维在大型纸板机上的生产试验

摘要 本试验采用5%的矿物纤维替代面浆中的木浆,在大型纸机上抄造单面涂布白纸板,将矿纤首先制成20%的悬浮液,同时添加助留剂,添加量为0.5kg/t浆,在车速为350m/min的大型进口纸板机上进行生产试验抄造定量为350g/m2的纸板,结果表明纸板质量达到标准GB/T10335.4-2004一等品要求。矿纤留着率达63.6%,以市价计算,矿纤单价只有国产木浆的40%,可以降低成本,但是纸机网部有磨损。 5% mineral fiber was used in white board top liner in partial substitution of wood fiber, the trail was processed in a modern paper board machine with a speed of 350m/min. At first, the mineral fiber was made as 20% suspension, then furnished with 0.5kg/t pulp retention aids to produce 350g/m^2 coated white board. The results showed that the product quality could reach A level of StandardGB/T10335.4 -2004 requests. The price of mineral fiber is 40% as that of domestic woodfiber. The cost can be reduced. But some abrasion was found on the wire.
