摘要
层间加填是将矿物填料直接添加在纸页中的技术。与传统的纸张加填工艺相比较,层间加填有许多优点,如不存在填料流失,有利于提高填料在纸页中的留着率、降低白水浊度和优化抄纸湿部化学环境等。本文采用碳酸钙为矿物填料,聚乙烯醇、羧基丁苯胶乳为填料粘合剂,对瓦楞原纸成型过程中层间加填工艺进行了研究。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,影响成纸物理强度性能的主要因素有填料用量、粘合剂与填料的配比以及粘合剂的种类等。当碳酸钙用量为25%(对绝干浆),碳酸钙与羧基丁苯胶乳的质量比为1∶0.1时,以全废纸抄造瓦楞原纸的相关物理强度指标可达到国家标准(GB13023-91)。
The mineral filler could be added between layers of the two wet web layers during the process of paper-making. Contrast with the traditional filler adding methods, the interlayer filler adding technology has many advantages,such as no filler loss ,improving the filler retention rate, reducing turbidity of white water in the papermaking process and optimizing the wet end chemical environment. In this paper, the calcium carbonate was used as mineral filler and polyvinyl alcohol, carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex were used as adhesives. In the forming process of corrugated paper, the related process parameters were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the main factors which influence the physical strength properties of paper were the content of filler, the ratio of filler to adhesive and the types of adhesive when other parameters were constant. The physical strength indexes of the corrugated paper made from waste fiber can reach the national standard( GB13023 - 91 ) when the filler content was 25% ( on oven dry stock) , the mass ratio of filler to adhesive was 1: 0. 1.
