低定量造纸法烟草薄片打浆及增强助剂的工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文主要研究了烟草薄片因为定量大幅降低而造成的松厚度、吸收性、干抗张强度以及湿抗张强度的变化。通过对烟混浆纤维分析表明,烟草纤维粗度大,纤维短,细小纤维多,纤维长度主要分布在0.20~0.50mm之间。通过对打浆条件的研究表明,当外混浆为62°SR,烟混浆为60°SR时,基片的各项性能达到最优。通过对干/湿强助剂的研究发现,壳聚糖对烟草基片湿抗张强度的增强效果最好,在壳聚糖添加量为0.8%时,烟草基片的湿抗张强度增幅为103.6%,羧甲基纤维素对烟草基片干抗张强度的增强效果最好,当其用量为0.2%时,烟草基片的干抗张强度增幅为43.2%。 This study mainly focused on the changes of bulk, absorbency, dry and wet strength due to the great reduce of tobacco sheet's basis weight. Through analyzing the mixing tobacco fiber, the results showed that the tobacco fiber had bigger coarseness, short fiber length and higher fines ratio, and the fiber length mainly distributes between 0.20 - 0.50mm. Through the studies on pulp beating, it was showed when external mixing pulp was 62°SR, tobacco mixing pulp was 60°SR, all the physical properties of tobacco sheet reached the best level. Studies also showed that the best wet strength additives was chitosan in the dosage of 0.8% , and it increased the wet tensile strength by 103.6%. CMC was the best dry strength additive in the dosage of 0.2% ,tobacco sheet increased the dry strength by 43.2%.
