摘要
探讨了压敏型微胶囊制备工艺的优化,通过正交实验法确定了最优工艺条件为:乳化时间1为35min,乳化转速为3200rpm,乳化时间2为8min。通过粒径分布检测和扫描电镜观察发现,在最优条件下制得的微胶囊粒径均匀(3-10μm),表面光滑致密,无粘连现象。将微胶囊涂在CF纸上无显色现象,说明微胶囊密封性能良好。通过打印显色实验说明自制的微胶囊显色密度已达无碳复写纸一等品要求。
The optimization of the preparation process of pressure sensitive microcapsules were discussed, and the optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment, which were as follows: the emulsification time of the first stage was 35min, the emulsion speed was 3200r/min, and the emulsification time of the second stage was 8min. By detecting the particle size distribution and SEM observation, it was found that the microcapsules prepared under the optimal condition had a uniform particle size (3-10μm) , smooth and dense surface and no adhesion phenomenon. The prepared microcapsules were coated on the CF papers and there was no color phenomenon, indi- cating good sealing performance of the microcapsules. By color printing experiment, it showed that the self-made microcapsules had reached the first-class product requirements of carbonless copy paper.
