摘要 研究磁粉产生的微磁场对活性污泥处理制浆中段废水的影响。首先采用烧瓶实验考察磁粉添加量对微生物生长曲线以及CODCr去除率的影响,确定了最佳磁粉添加量为4g/L。而后在曝气池活性污泥中投加4g/L磁粉对制浆中段废水进行处理,并以不添加磁粉反应器相对照。结果表明投加磁粉反应器对制浆中段废水CODCr去除率达70.29%,而无磁粉反应器低于40%。有磁粉反应器活性污泥理化特性SVI和MLSS均优于无磁粉反应器。 Effect of micro-magnetic field on the treatment of mid-stage pulping effluent with activated sludge was studied. Firstly flasks experiments were carried out to study the effect of magnetic powder dosage on microorganism growth curve and CODcr removal efficiency, and the optimum magnetic powder amount was determined as 4g/L. Then 4g/L magnetic powder was added into aeration tank to treat the mid-stage pulping effluent, and the reactor without magnetic powder was as control. The results showed that CODcr removal efficiency reached 70.29% in the reactor with magnetic powder, and lese than 40% in the reactor without magnetic powder. The physicochemical characters of sludge such as SVI, MLSS in the reactor with magnetic powder were better than those of without magnetic powder.
