高铁酸钾及PAFC对纸机浓白水的混凝处理研究

摘要 本文先利用次氯酸盐法制备高铁酸钾,再运用正交试验法对造纸网下白水进行混凝处理试验,最后通过单因素实验法确定最佳处理条件。研究结果表明:次氯酸盐法可制得纯度为93.6%,产率可达45%的高铁酸钾;水温在25℃,聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)的投加量为1100mg/L,高铁酸钾的投加量为20mg/L为最佳的处理条件,处理后的造纸浓白水TSS、DCS和DS的去除率分别达到74.59%、65.68%和97.14%,处理后的水质完全达到回用要求。 Patassium ferrate was prepared by hypochlorite method, and then was used with PAFC for treating white water by orthogonal test and single factor experiment to obtain the optimal treatment conditions. The results indicate that using hypocholorite method to prepare potassium ferrate, the purity of the product reached 93.6% yield of production was up to 45% ; the optimal parameters were the dosage of poly aluminum ferric 1100mg/L, the dosage of potassium ferrate 20mg/L, temperature 25℃ , the removal rates of TSS, DCS and the chloride and DS were 74.59% ,65.68% and 97.14% respectively, and after treating the water could neet the requirement of reusing.
