摘要
为了更好地利用白泥及控制绿液对白泥质量的影响,本文研究了绿液对白泥基本性能的影响。结果表明,与商品PCC相比,当添加绿液自制白泥时,白泥碳酸钙的形状杂乱,不能明显的看出晶型,表面也比较粗糙;白泥的白度随着绿液添加量的增加而降低,当Ca(OH)2作为钙源时,添加100%绿液和不添加绿液时,白度的差值可达3.27%ISO;当绿液添加量为100%时,由CaCl2和Ca(OH)2制备的白泥粒径相近;沉降体积和堆积密度都随着绿液添加比例的降低而上升。
To reuse white mud better and to control the quality of green liquor better, the effect of green liquor on the properties of white mud was studied. The results showed that in comparation with commercial PCC, the shape of white mud calcium carbonate was irregular and the suIface was rough and no clear crystal when the white mud was made by 100 precents green liquor. And the partical sizes of white mud made by CaCl2 and Ca(OH) 2 were almost the same when full green liquor was employed. The brightness, sedimentation volume and the packing density were increased when the ratio of green liquor reduced, the brightness difference was 3.27% ISO, between white mud made by 100 percents green liquor and that without it.
