摘要 针对偏远地区水源地分散,需要人工现场控制、难以管理的现状,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的无线远程监控系统。系统采用Modbus协议,通过RS485总线实现现场设备通信,然后经过串口服务器,通过无线局域网实现PLC与电量模块和上位PC机的通信。上位机采用LabVIEW软件开发了监控界面。该系统可以实时监控供电系统的相电压、线电压等电量参数,同时还可以实时监测水泵的工作状态。实践证明系统实现简单、通讯可靠,而且具有很好的扩展性。 In the light of state quo of dispersed water sources area distribution, difficult management and in - site manpower control requirement, a LabVIEW - based wireless remote monitoring system design is introduced. Using the Modbus protocol, the field device communication through the RS485 bus is achieved and the communication between PLC and power module and the host PC is realized through the serial port server by a wireless LAN. The host computer applies the monitoring interface developed by LabVIEW software. The electric parameters such as phase vohage and line voltage of the power supply system can be moni- tored and controlled in real time. And the working state of pump can be monitored as well at the same time. The practice has proved that the system can be realized simply, the communication can be achieved reliably and has a good expansibility.
