摘要
针对阿海水电站新源沟砂石系统所产生废水的水质特征,设计采用"两级沉淀、污泥机械脱水、澄清水回用"工艺方案,其中一级沉淀为自然沉淀,二级沉淀为混凝沉淀,污泥脱水设备采用橡胶带式真空过滤机。废水处理系统投产一年多来,运行正常,成本较低,满足环境保护和回用水各项指标要求,实现了环境效益和经济效益的良好统一。简要介绍了废水处理系统工艺设计和实际运用效果,对水利水电工程中砂石系统废水处理具有借鉴作用。
In view of the characteristics of wastewater produced by Xinyuangou aggregate system of A'hai Hydropower Station, a processing scheme of "2 - level settling, sludge dewatering by machine, and reuse of clarified water" is adopted, in which, the natural sedimentation is in the first level settling and coagulation sedimentation is in the second level, and rubber belt vacuum fil- ter is used for sludge dewatering. During 1 year of operation, the system has the advantages of low cost, meeting requirements of environmental protection and water reuse, realizing the integration of economical benefit and environmental benefit. The design and application of wastewater treatment system is presented.
