摘要
结合某运行24 a的钢筋混凝土桁架拱渡槽的安全检测与复核成果,提出了将"多参数综合评估方法"与"单参数危险边界评估方法"相结合进行安全评估的"多-单"评估方法。多参数综合评估方法包括反映结构安全性和耐久性的10个评价参数,用以综合评估结构的整体量化安全级别。单参数危险边界评估是考虑多参数中某一个参数处于危险边界的评估方法。参考各设计规范并结合参与结构安全检测的经验,在"单参数危险边界评估方法"中提出了"二倍危险规则"。"多-单"评估方法可用于钢筋混凝土渡槽及具有类似结构的桥梁的安全性评估。
With regard to the results of safety inspection and recheck of a concrete truss arch aqueduct that has worked for 24 years, we propose an integrated evaluation method, " multi- single" method that combines " multi -parameter evaluation method" with" single - parameter evaluation method". The multi - parameter evaluation method includes l0 parameters which can re- flect the safety and durability of structures, and is used for evaluating the whole safety grade of structures comprehensively. The single - parameter evaluation method considers one of the parameters in a safety boundary condition. With consideration of various design codes and experiences in safety inspection, we present a principle of " double -danger law" in the above methodology. The " multi - single" evaluation method can be used in safety inspection of concrete aqueduct and similar structures such as bridges.
