薪酬分配运行过程的员工公平偏好差异研究 被引量:1

摘要 企业薪酬公平分配的组织运行过程,可以分成起点公平、机会公平、过程公平和结果公平等环节的公平分配类型。员工对薪酬分配运行过程的公平偏好差异会导致其分配公平感差异,从而影响其薪酬满意度。文章设计实施了员工关于薪酬分配运行过程的公平偏好实验,得出了一些企业员工关于薪酬公平分配偏好差异的有益结论。
