摘要
目的采用不同动物模型研究金银花提取物的抗炎、免疫作用。方法测定大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀抑制率,小鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中的白细胞数目,大鼠巴豆油性气囊肿抑制率,小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结果连续灌胃给药金银花提取物(4,8 g/kg)5 d可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀,减少小鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中白细胞游出数和大鼠巴豆油性气囊肿的形成;金银花提取物(0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 g/kg)连续灌胃15 d能显著抑制正常小鼠单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论金银花提取物是一种具有免疫抑制活性的抗炎药物。
Objective To assess the antiinflammatory and immunomodulative activities of the extract of Louicera japonica Thunb.in various experimental animal models.Methods Carrageenan-induced edema in rats,the chemotaxis of leucocyte induced by CMC in mice,croton oil-gas cyst in rats and the clearance rate of i.v.charcoal particles in normal mice.Results The data showed that Louicera japonica Thunb.(4,8 g/kg,p.o.,for 5 d) markedly inhibited hindpaw edema induced by carrageenin in rats;the chemotaxis of WBC induced by CMC and the weight of croton oil-gas cyst in rats are suppressed markedly.Moreover,the date showed that Louicera japonica Thunb.(0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 g/kg,p.o.,for 15 d) markedly inhibited the phagocytosis of monocyte of normal mice.Conclusion The present study provided evidence that Louicera japonica Thunb.has significant antiinflammtory activities and the modulatory effects on the immune functions.
