摘要
目的为建立胃肠宁片的质量标准提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱法对胃肠宁片中的连翘、山楂、莱菔子进行定性分析、鉴别。结果胃肠宁片中分别检出了连翘、山楂、莱菔子。结论该方法简单、重现性好、结果准确,为建立胃肠宁片的质量标准提供了依据。
Objective To supply evidence for establishing a quality control standard of Weichangning Tablets.Methods TLC was used to identify the basis ingredients of Fructus Forsythiae,Fructus Crataegi and Semen Raphani of Weichangning Tablets.Results Fructus Forsythiae,Fructus Craraegi and Semen Raphani in Weichangning Tablets was identified.Conclusion This method is simple,reusable and easy to supply evidence for the identification of Weichangning Tablets.
