摘要
财产分配法的基本原则是对其立法、执法和司法的逻辑起点,对全面认识财产分配法有着重要的作用。通过分析提出平等原则、公平原则、最低原则、差距合理原则、人民优先原则、生产要素贡献原则、按"需"分配原则、预留原则等,并对其进行简要论述。
The basic principle of property distribution law is the logical starting point of legislation, enforcement and justice, which is of great importance to understand property distribution law. Based on an analysis, this paper puts forward the principle of equality, the principle of justice, the principle of minimum, the principle of reasonable gap, the principle of people＇s priorities, the principle of contribution of production factors, the principle of distribution according to ＂ need＂ , and the principle of reservation, with which a brief discussion is carried out.
