高校必须以科学发展观为指导,牢固树立"育人为本,德育为先"的理念,把立德树人作为教育的根本任务。高校育人工作任重而道远,只要我们以务实的态度,对党负责,从为学生服务的角度出发,积极探索,开拓创新,高校育人工作就一定能够完成历史所赋予的重任,只有认真扎实地做好这项工作,才能确保党和人民的事业薪火相传。

Colleges and universities in China must be guided with scientific development view and establish firmly the concept of ＂people-oriented education with moral education in the first place＂, and take bringing up personnel by enhancing morality as the basic work. There is still a long way to go to bring up personnel in the colleges and universities. However, so long as we take a realistic attitude, responsible for the Party, and serve the students wholeheartedly, and so long as we can explore enthusiastically and aim at development and creation, we can complete the great historical task of bringing up quality personnel in higher learning institutes. Only when we do this work well, can we ensure that the Party and the people＇s cause can be brought through to the end.
