摘要
研究了转炉生产效率对炼钢工序能耗的影响。研究表明,当转炉生产效率达到0.7万t/(t.a)以上时,可以实现负能炼钢。转炉生产效率的提高可以降低吨钢电耗、氧气氮气的消耗,并且有利于余热蒸汽的回收,因此,转炉生产效率的提高有利于转炉工序能耗水平的降低。
The influence of converter production efficiency on energy consumption was researched.The research shows that the energy consumption of steel making would be negatives when the converter production efficiency achieve 7000t/(t·a).The increase of converter production efficiency would be propitious to the decrease of consumption on electric,O2,N2and to the waste heat stream recover,as a result,the increase would result the total steel making process energy consumption decrease.
