摘要
为研究粉煤灰的活化性能,在不同温度下焙烧粉煤灰,采用氮吸附法测定焙烧前后粉煤灰的比表面积、孔体积及孔径分布,并进行粉煤灰对Rhodamine-B水溶液的吸附实验。结果表明:粉煤灰的比表面积、孔体积及介孔数量随焙烧温度升高而逐渐增大,700℃时达到最大值,此后随焙烧温度升高而减小;焙烧后粉煤灰对水溶液中的Rhodamine-B分子的吸附性能显著提高。该结果为粉煤灰吸附机理研究提供了有益参考。
Aimed at studying the activation performance of fly ash,this paper is concerned with roasting fly ash by different temperature,measuring specific surface area,pore volume and pore size distribution of fly ash roasted before and after roasting by N2 adsorption method,and testing fly ash adsorbing Rhodamine-B.Results show that fly ash experiences a gradual increase in specific surface area,pore volume and amount of middle pore,due to increasing roasting temperature,and shows a maximum at 700 ℃,and a decrease along with increasing roasting temperature.Roasted fly ash has a significantly improved adsorption performance in the Rhodamine-B of water solution.The result provides a useful reference for adsorption mechanism of fly ash.
