如何高效合理使用床边超声心动图检查 被引量:2

How to use bedside echocardiography efficiently and rationally

摘要 目的:探讨如何规范化使用床边超声心动图检查,使之更合理高效地服务于临床。方法:使用超声诊断仪,回顾性分析我院2005年1月-2010年12月间行急诊床边超声心动图检查共790例患者的资料,并与我院年急诊总量和年住院患者总量相比较。结果:急诊总量、住院患者总量和超声检查总人次第二年较前一年增长幅度分别为(6.4%、4.4%、3.4%),(17.0%、18.2%、-4.9%),(17.8%、8.6%、117.2%),(12.0%、7.6%、70.6%),(-5.9%、7.9%、26.0%)。结论:床边超声心动图检查尽管在心血管急危重症患者的诊断和治疗中发挥着无可替代的作用,但我院6年来床边超声心动图检查人次的增长幅度远远高于急诊和住院患者增长幅度。因此面对日益增多的患者和随之增加的临床需求,为了使真正的急危重症患者得到及时检查,并有效防范医疗纠纷和医疗事故的发生,合理规范的申请和使用床边超声心动图检查更显得意义重大。 Objective:To discuss how to standardize the use of bedside echocardiography and make it serve the clinic more efficiently and rationally.Method:The results of bedside echocardiography examination and clinical data of 790 patients with critical cardiovascular disease from January of 2005 to December of 2010 admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with the total number of annual hospital inpatients and patients in annual hospital emergency.Result:There were(6.4%、4.4%、3.4%),(17.0%、18.2%、-4.9%),(17.8%、8.6%、117.2%),(12.0%、7.6%、70.6%) and(-5.9%、7.9%、26.0%) of the total annual increase of emergency patients,in-patients and echocardiography examined patients respectively compared to last year.Conclusion:Bedside echocardiography plays an irreplaceable role in diagnosis and treatment of patients with critical cardiovascular disease.However,the increase of bedside echocardiography examined patients exceeds higher than that of emergency patients and in-patients during 6 years in the hospital.Therefore,it is more important for bedside echocardiography to be applied and used rationally and standardly in order to examine the patients with critical cardiovascular disease in time,and to prevent the medical tangle and medical negligence effectively as facing the increasing of patients and the clinical needs.
