摘要
目的:研究息斯敏(阿司咪唑)对小鼠的致心律失常作用,了解其致心律失常的类型,推测其致心律失常的机理,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:小鼠灌胃息斯敏,记录30min、60min、90min、120min、150min、180min小鼠心电图的变化。结果:息斯敏可引起多数小鼠出现缓慢性心律失常,心电图表现为心率减慢,P-R间期和Q-T间期延长,随剂量增加,甚至可引起完全性房室传导阻滞和窦性停搏。少数情况也会出现窦性、室性心动过速等快速性心律失常。结论:息斯敏可引起小鼠多型性心律失常,以缓慢性心律失常为主,快速心律失常少见,并随剂量增加,死亡率提高。
Objective:The present study was designed to investigate the proarrhythmic effects and patterns of Hismanal on mice,and speculate the underlying mechanism.Method:Mice were administered intragastrically with Hismanal.Electrocardiogram was recorded at different time points including 30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min、150 min、180 min,respectively.Result:Hismanal cause bradyarrhythmias in most mice.Electrocardiogram showed that heart rates slowed,P-R interval and Q-T interval prolonged,even complete atrioventricular block and sinus arrest happened with the increase of Hismanal dose.Tachyarrhythmias such as sinus tachycardia or ventricular tachycardia could occur in a few of mice.Conclusion:Various arrhythmias can be induced by Hismanal in mice,among which the main types of arrhythmia is bradyarrhythmias.Tachyarrhythmia is rare.Moreover,the mortality of mice increases with the increase of Hismanal dose.
