摘要
目的:分析人工流产原因,探讨降低人工流产率的对策。方法:采用现场问卷调查的方式对2010年1月～2010年12月在我院行宫内早孕人工流产的患者进行现场调查。结果:1600例人工流产女性中,未婚女性占77.38%;流动人口占72.94%。未婚人工流产女性的平均年龄为19.2岁,首次性生活年龄平均17.1岁。结论:人工流产女性中未婚女性的比例超过了已婚女性,其中又以流动人口中女性的情况为甚。应加强对流动人口未婚女性生殖健康和避孕知识的宣传力度。
Objectives： To analyze the causes of induced abortion,and to explore on the strategies to reduce abortion rates.Methods： The survey was made by administering questionnaire to patients with induced abortion in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010.Result： Among 1600 cases of induced abortion,unmarried women account for 77.38%（average age of abortion is 19.2 years,average age of the first sexual life is 17.1 years）,and the migrating population accounted for 72.94%.Conclusion： Unmarried women outnumber married women in induced abortion cases.The phenomenon is especially severe in the migrating population.It is necessary to popularize knowledge about contraception,healthy childbearing and childrearing,and reproductive health among the unmarried migrating women population.
