摘要
新中国政府承袭民国时期华侨参政的传统,尊重和保障华侨的参政议政权。但与此同时,新中国华侨参政议政权的维护和实现也经历了一个发展和演变的过程。近年来,华侨可以"列席"各级政协会议,这是对华侨参政制度的有益探索。
The People＇s Republic of China honors overseas Chinese＇s participation in domestic affairs,a tradition handed down from the Republic of China.However,the maintenance and realization of their political rights have also experienced a process of development and evolution in PRC.In recent years,overseas Chinese can ＂attend＂ the Political Consultative Conferences at all level,indicating a useful exploration of the system for overseas Chinese to use their political rights.
