借鉴典型国家经验,加快河北省覆盖城乡社会保障体系建设

On the Construction of Social Security System of Hebei Province

通过对河北省社会保障制度改革历程进行追溯和对保障现状进行实证分析,借鉴瑞典国家改革经验,提出加快河北省覆盖城乡社会保障体系的建设,必须以社会保障的城乡统筹为切入口,以最低生活保障为基本保障,以养老保险和医疗保险为重点,逐步扩大社会保障的覆盖面。

Based on the analysis of the development and status of social security system in Hebei Province and study of the experience of reformation in Switzerland,this paper believes that the construction of social security system in Hebei Province should,starting from coordinating and balancing urban-rural development,focus on the endowment insurance and the medical insurance and expand social security coverage gradually.
