随着计算机技术的进步,在传统的机械制造类专业教学中引入了数控仿真教学。实践中发现数控仿真技术对降低教学成本、提高学习效率有着不可替代的作用;但同时也存在着诸多不足,如手工编程能力的弱化,加工参数设置的随意化,安全意识的淡薄化及易产生骄傲自满情绪等等。只有扬长避短,才能真正发挥软件仿真应有的作用。

With the development of computer technology,numerical control simulation technology is introduced into the traditional mechanical manufacturing education.It is discovered that the numerical control simulation technology can help to reduce the teaching costs and increase the learning efficiency.However,there are also problems with it,such as,weakening of manual programming capacity,lack of sense of security,growth of self-contentedness.Solving these problems will help to play the full role of numerical control simulation technology.
