HPLC法测定溃疡宁片中甘草苷及甘草酸的含量

Determination of Liquiritin and Glycryrhigic Acid in Kuiyangning Tablets by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定溃疡宁片中甘草苷及甘草酸的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent HC-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:以乙腈为流动相A,0.1%磷酸为流动相B,按一定比例进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为237nm。结果:甘草苷进样量在0.089～0.447μg范围内峰面积积分值与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率99.54%,RSD=0.20%(n=6);甘草酸进样量在0.516～2.582μg范围内峰面积积分值与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率100.34%,RSD=0.41%(n=6)。结论:该方法易于操作,结果准确,重复性好,可用于溃疡宁的质量控制。

Objective： To develop a method to determine the content of liquiritin and glycryrhigic acid in Kuiyangning tablets by HPLC. Method： Agilent HC-CI8 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile as the mobile phase A and 0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase B with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 237 nm. Result： A good linear correlation of liquiritin was observed within the range of 0. 089-0. 447 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ） , and the average recovery was 99.54 % with RSD of 0. 20 %. A good linear correlation of glycryrhigic acid was obtained within the range of 0. 516-2. 582 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）, and the average recovery was 100. 34 % with RSD of 0.41%. Conclusion： The method is conveinient, sensitive and accu- rate. It can be used in the quality control of Kuiyangning tablets.
