摘要
目的:建立结肠炎奇效颗粒中柚皮苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Inersil ODS C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(16:84),检测波长:283nm,柱温:35℃。结果:柚皮苷在0.082～0.906μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.80%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于结肠炎奇效颗粒的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of naringin in Jiechangyan Qixiao granules. Method： The Inersil ODS Cla column （150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （ 16： 84）. The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the column temperature was controlled at 35 ℃. Result： The linear range of naringin was 0. 082- 0. 906 μg（r =0. 999 7）. The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 1.80% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accu- rate. It can be used in the quality control of Jiechangyan Qixiao granules.
