摘要
研究中药射干[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC]的化合物成分。用70%乙醇提取,减压浓缩至浸膏,水溶解后得滤液和沉淀,滤液由大孔吸附树脂AB-8纯化,沉淀由乙酸乙酯溶解,用聚酰胺薄层层析、Sephadex LH-20等方法进一步提纯各组分,利用核磁共振鉴定结构。结果表明:该射干经分离得到5个化合物,分别为野鸢尾黄素(irisflorentin)、鸢尾苷元(tectorigenin)、鸢尾苷(tectoridin)、草夹竹桃甙(androsin)、鸢尾甲苷A(iristectorin A),其中草夹竹桃甙为毒性成分,首次在射干中发现。
Some componential analysis of isoflavonoids of Belamcanda Chinensist(L.)DC was carried out.Extract isoflavonoids with 70% ethyl alcohol,concentrate the mixture with decompressor to extractum,get filtrate and precipitate after dissolving with distilled water.Purify filtrate with macroporous resin AB-8,dissolve precipitate with ethyl acetate,continue to purify these components with polyamide thin-layer chromatography and Sephadex LH-20,determinate these structure with nuclear magnetic resonance.The results showed that the purified Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC had five compounds: irisflorentin,tectorigenin,tectoridin,androsin and iristectorin A.Androsin is discovered firstly in Belamcanda Chinensist(L.)DC,and it is the toxicity component.
