摘要
以辽宁省普通高校高水平运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对辽宁省高校高水平运动队进行调查和分析,探寻存在的问题与不足,在借鉴国外高校竞技体育人才培养成功经验的基础上,探索辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队的培养对策。
The paper,taking high level athletes in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the research object,makes an investigation and analysis of the high level sports team in Liaoning Province by means of literature,interviews,questionnaires,statistics and so on.Its aim is to explore the problems and shortcomings,and find out the high level ahtletes＇ training countermeasures in Liaoning Province in reference to the successful experiences of training foreign college sports talents.
