颈动脉纤维肌肉发育不良一例并文献复习

摘要颈动脉纤维肌肉发育不良（FMD）是一种原因不明的、节段性、非动脉硬化性和非炎症性的血管病,目前倾向为先天发育不良,临床报道例数较少,极易误诊、漏诊。现将我院近期收治并经影像证实的1例FMD报告如下,并结合文献进行综合分析。
