硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,临床症状多以感觉过敏及感觉减退为主要表现,常常给患者带来极大痛苦。本研究分别将硫辛酸。
