摘要 循环流化床锅炉受热面的防磨对锅炉机组安全稳定地运行意义重大。各电站所采取的防磨措施也不尽相同。着重介绍了大唐红河电厂所投入使用的国产首台300 MW循环流化床锅炉的防磨措施,并采用不同的磨损判据对灰的磨损特性进行判别。最后针对锅炉机组在运行过程中所遇到的磨损问题提出改进建议,对解决国产300 M循环流化床锅炉的磨损问题具有一定的参考价值。 The anti-abrasion of heating surface in CFB boiler is sufficiently significant to affect the safe and stable operation of mechanic group,and the anti-abrasion measures are vary to differnet power plant.The anti-abrasion measures for the first china-made 300 MW CFB boiler which is already put in service in Datang Honghe Power Plant are introduced and different criterions are applied for ascertaining liability by ash component.The improvement measures are recommended to solve the problems refer to abrasion in service.There is some reference significance to solute the problem of abrasion in the china-made 300 MW CFB boiler's running.
