摘要
由于历史原因,中小城市的商业网点通常沿着主干道的两侧聚集发展,成为重要的交通吸引点,导致主干道超负荷运行、路网流量失衡,交通流存在交通组成复杂、机动车与非机动车混行、横向干扰严重等问题。针对商业区主干道规划过窄,拓宽道路受限的问题,提出了利用混合车道与单口放行结合、将主干道禁左的两种交通组织优化方案,以普洱市的主干道为例进行了方案设计,并利用仿真软件TransModeler对两种方案进行了仿真评价。仿真结果表明,两种方案的交叉口平均延误低于现状值,可以在一定程度上缓解交通拥堵。
Due to historical reasons,the commercial networks in medium and small cities are usually gathered on both sides of the main road,becoming very important traffic attractions.This led to the main road overload running and road network flow imbalance,the traffic flow has some problems such as complex traffic composition,mix-traffic and serious horizontal interference.For the main road in commercial district of medium and small cities is planned too narrow,widen the road is restricted,proposed two programs of traffic organization optimization: combined shared lanes with each phase for an entrance,prohibited left turning in the main road,and design two programs for Puer city,then evaluate the two programs with the traffic simulation software TransModeler.The simulation results show that the average delay of the two programs is lower than the status value;it can ease traffic congestion to some extent.
