肺炎支原体肺炎合并不完全川崎病两例并文献复习

Mycoplasma pneumoniae with two cases of incomplete Kawasaki disease and review of literature

目的:分析肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)合并不完全川崎病(KD)的临床特点,以提高对MPP合并不完全KD的认识和诊治水平。方法:分析2例MPP合并不完全KD的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果:MPP与不完全KD在临床上均可表现发热时间长、出皮疹,实验室检查均可出现C-反应蛋白(CRP)增高、血沉(ESR)增快等,有着很多类似的地方。结论:虽然MPP合并不完全KD并不多见,但当MPP患者同时出现2或3项KD的主要临床表现,需警惕是否合并有不完全KD,应及时作心脏B超及相关的实验室检查协助诊断,以防漏诊、误诊。

Objective： To expand the scant knowledge about Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MPP） with incomplete Kawasaki disease（KD） and to increase the awareness and cognition of this disease.Methods： Analysis the information of two cases of MPP complicated with incomplete KD and literature review was conducted.Results： Clinic manifestation and laboratory examination of MPP and incomplete KD were similar,including prolonged fever,rash and increased CRP and ESR.Conclusion： Although the MPP with incomplete KD was rare,attention should be paid when 2 or 3 manifestations of KD show in MPP patients,and UCG and other related laboratory examinations should be taken to reduce missed diagnosis.
