内窥镜辅助下小切口治疗腋臭80例

Small incision method with the aid of endoscope in treating 80 cases of axillary osmidrosis

目的:将内窥镜引入小切口摘除大汗腺,探讨其对腋臭的治疗效果。方法:对80例腋臭患者采用小切口摘除大汗腺的手术方法治疗,术中将内窥镜从小切口引入,以便观察搔刮的层次,并将所刮下的组织送病理检查。结果:50例患者痊愈,30例有效,无一例复发,随访6个月至1年,效果满意;病理检查显示刮下的组织含有大量大汗腺腺体,刮至真皮层后已无明显大汗腺残留。结论:在内窥镜辅助下治疗腋臭,有助于控制搔刮的层次,确保腋臭治疗的效果。

Objective： To study a better method of treating axillary osmidrosis by applying the endoscope to the small incision operation on axillary osmidrosis. Methods： We have carried out the operation of small incision method on 80 cases of axillary osmidrosis during which the endoscope was inserted into the subcutaneous layer through the small incision to observe the pruning depth.Meanwhile,the tissue pruned off was analyzed by pathology. Results： 50 cases had been cured,while 30 cases got effectively treated.6-12 months＇follow-up showed good satisfaction of the effect with no recurrence.The pathology showed that the tissue pruned off in the operation contained a plenty of gland but little deeper than the dermis. Conclusion： Endoscope helps us to control the degree of pruning in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis so we can make sure the treatment effect.
