摘要
探讨了医院知识管理背景下的医院图书馆建设思路,提出了争取医院管理层支持和挖掘整理医疗知识、营造良好文化氛围、建立稳定激励机制等实现医院知识管理的措施。
Ideas on the construction of hospital library against the background of hospital knowledge management were discussed, and certain measures were proposed for hospital knowledge management, such as wining over the support from hospital administrators, undermining and organizing medical knowledge, creating good cultural at- mosphere, and establishing stable incentive mechanism.
