我国应尽早制定公众健康法 被引量：2

摘要 2003年发生严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）以后，我国确立了以人为本的大政方针，认识到健康是人全面发展的基础。在医疗卫生队伍建设，设备更新等方面国家投入大量资源强化现有的医疗卫生体系，以保护和促进公众的健康。
