摘要
综采工作面分段旋转开采技术通过改变工作面布置长度、推进方向等手段,可以实现工作面的连续开采,减少巷道掘进工程量和工作面搬家倒面次数,同时能够多回收煤炭资源,使采煤工作更具灵活性和可操作性,常用于开采边角煤、三角煤等不规则残煤工作面,该方法非常适用于简单条件下的不规则块段和复杂地质条件。介绍了曹村煤矿11-209工作面构造复杂,通过综采旋转采煤技术取得了良好的效果。
The partition revolving mining technology in fully-mechanized face by the ways of changing the length and advance direction,can realize continuous mining,reduce the amount of tunneling and the number of moving face,recover more coal,it is suitable commonly used for the mining of corner,triangle coal and irregular residual coal face,this method is very suitable for the anomalous block section and the complex geology under simple conditions.Introduces the 11-209 face of Caocun mine uses this technology and obtains good effects.
