摘要
在高等教育由规模扩张转向内涵提升的今天,构建教学质量管理体系对于高校来说是十分必要的。但教学质量管理体系一旦构建完成,其实施就成为关键。为此,有必要对教学质量管理体系的实施取向、实施者的态度和能力、实施者之间的合作、实施的评价等问题进行深入的思考和研究,以切实提高实施者的认识能力及相互间的合作水平,并在实施取向和实施的评价对象、方法上有一个较为正确的选择,从而保证教学质量管理体系实施的有效性。
The higher education has shifted its focus from scale expansion to quality promotion,so it is necessary to construct a teaching quality management system in colleges and universities.Once the system is constructed,its implementation becomes pivotal.Therefore,in-depth thinking and researches are crucially needed to practically improve the implementers' understanding,ability and cooperation,and to make a correct decision on the system's implementing orientation as well as its assessment objects and methods,hence to ensure the effective implementation of the teaching quality management system.
