摘要 目的:探索能够提高护理本科生英语学习效果的教学方法。方法:参与性行动研究,采用访谈法和问卷调查法进行教学效果评价。结果:护理本科生英语教学可分为单词积累、CBI教学法(护理英语查房)和即兴辩论三个阶段。结论:教学行动研究促使学生将英语学习与专业紧密结合,提高学生在专业活动中应用英语的能力;增强了学生团队合作能力,有利于培养国际化、合作型的护理人才。 Objective: To explore a teaching method to improve English teaching outcome of nursing undergraduate students. Methods: A participatory action research was adopted and teaching outcomes were evaluated by interview and questionnaires . Results: Teaching contents and methods were divided into three stages, including medical terminology accumulation, CBI teaching (nursing english ward-round) and instant debate. Conclusion: Teaching action research facilitates students to combine professional knowledge and English learning, to enhance their ability of applying English into professional activity, and to reinforce their team concept, which is helpful to train international and cooperative nursing staff.
