摘要
目的:提高我院护士的工作效率。方法:将KPI绩效考核指标体系引入到护士管理机制中。结果:实施KPI考核指标体系的2年多来,我院护士在公共考核指标和护理岗位考核指标上的增幅都取得了较大提高。结论:KPI绩效管理可以将医院的战略目标和护士的具体工作有机地联系起来,为护士绩效管理提供了新的模式,有利于提高资源利用率和工作效率,推动了医院和员工的可持续发展。
Objective:To improve the working efficiency of nurses in the hospital. Methods: KPI performance evaluation index system was introduced to the nurse management system. Results:Great improvement had been achieved in the public evaluation and nursing post evaluation index since KPI evaluation index system was implemented for more than two years.. Conclusion: The strategic goals of the hospitals and nurses' work can be connected organically through KPI performance management, which provides a new pattern for nurse performance management,improves resource utilization rate and work efficiency, and promotes the sustainable development of hospital and its staffs.
