摘要
介绍了壳体的冲压成形工艺,制定了每道工序的成形工艺,确定了由落料、冲孔、压凸、折弯等主要工序组成的冲压工艺方案,设计了多副单工序模具。实验表明,采用此工艺方案和模具结构,显著提高了壳体生产效率和产品质量,该模具生产的零件符合精度要求。
Analysis describes the liquid storage cylinder bracket stamping process, eacn p1o^e~ of the development of the forming process, identified by the blanking, punching, pressure bag, bending and other major components of the stamping process technology program, designed to pay a single process mold. Experiments show that the use of this technology program and mold structure, significantly improved reservoir tube stent production efficiency and product quality, showing the mold parts meet the required precision.
