摘要
级进模的冲压质量是由步距精度决定的。步距精度主要依靠导正钉和条料上的导正孔相互配合来保证。当条料不可避免地受到拉扯或挤压产生变形时,会引起导正孔变形和中心位置偏移而失效,同时也使后面各工位上的导正钉失去了存在的意义。针对以上问题,我们在设计研发基板类级进模时,最终摸索出了一套行之有效的解决办法,完成了模具开发任务。本文的经验总结能供模具设计者借鉴。
