摘要
双向拉伸管材机头的模具设计,为了提高管材的纵横向拉伸强度和物料的加工性能,对机头的结构特点,成璎原理和工艺条件作了详细的论述。其应用结果表明:机头设计合理,具有均衡物料的双向拉伸和料流的挤出稳定性,具有显著的抗暴破强度和表面光泽度。
