摘要
作为一种新兴的测量手段,自光测量已广泛应用到汽车设计及制造的各个领域。自光作为一只以采集点云为主的测量手段,已经在车身质量控制中占据了越来越多的份量。本文以简单的案例从车身质量控制中其他测量设备无法完成的案例来阐述自光在现代化车辆制造中的新用途。尤其是其中的车门关紧力根源问题调查、现场模具验证及工艺对零件影响的调查是白光设备独一无二的测量手段,将逐一介绍给大家。
As a new means of measurement, white light measurement has been widely applied to automobile design and manufacturing fields. White light to capture a point cloud as the main means of measurement, quality control has been in the body to occupy more and more weight.
