经皮加压钢板微创治疗稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折16例 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经皮加压钢板(PCCP)微创治疗稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法采用闭合复位、微创PCCP内固定治疗16例稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折。结果经6~18个月的随访,骨折均愈合,髋关节功能评定均为优。结论 PCCP微创内固定治疗稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折具有手术创伤小、出血少、不破坏骨折端血运,同时具有髓外固定力学优势和髓内固定微创优势,是一种理想的内固定材料。
