重建MPFL治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨重建内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床疗效。方法采用髌骨前缘固定人工韧带及自体肌腱技术重建MPFL治疗髌骨不稳定11例。结果随访12个月,无一例复发髌骨脱位。术后12个月髌股适合角平均值为(-7.3±3.4)°,外侧髌股角平均值为(7.2±1.5)°,Kujala膝关节功能评分平均值为(94±5)分,较术前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用髌骨前缘筋膜固定人工韧带及自体肌腱移植物技术重建MPFL是治疗复发性髌骨脱位的有效方式。
