路优泰治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床观察

Observation on neurostan in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的观察路优泰治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效。方法 90例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予路优泰300mg口服,3次/d,对照组不予药物干预。于治疗前和治疗8周后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及爱丁堡斯堪地纳维亚神经功能缺失改良量表(NESSS)评定临床疗效。结果 8周后,治疗组HAMD评分及NESSS评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论路优泰治疗PSD疗效好,安全性高,可明显改善脑卒中后抑郁程度,并能促进神经功能恢复。

Objective To observe the efficacy of neurostanin treating patients with post-stroke depression（PSD）.Methods Ninety PSD patients were randomized to treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with routine medicine and was given neurostan,control group was treated with routine medicine with no additional other medicines.Clinical curative effect on patients＇ HAMD scale and NESSS scale were estimated before and after the treatment of 8 weeks.Results The effective rate of control group was higher than control group（P0.01）.The HAMD scores and NESSS scores in treatment group were significantly lower than control group at the end of 8th week,there was a significant difference between the two groups after the treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Neurostanin has better curative effect and higher safety in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and can improve post-stroke depression degree and nervous function defect degree.
